What is M.E.R.C Works?  M.E.R.C stands for Mold. Evaluation. Remediation. Cleaning.

We Started in 2021 and worked on building our Brand until July 2022 when we opened our doors. 

We bought the "Mold Solutions NW" business when the owner Vince Gallagher retired.

The Owner, Phil Cadez has been involved in Restoration and Remediation for over 30 years and has worked in most fields in the industry including Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Fire/Smoke Restoration, Odor Removal, Crime/Trauma Restoration, and of course, Mold Remediation.

 What is our Goal? 

To provide a top-quality cleaning on every jobsite and prove that it is done right.

How do we prove that it's done right? We collect air samples from every job when it is complete. All samples are sent via FedEx to a Nationally Accredited laboratory for analysis. When the lab tests show that the air quality inside the work area is equal to or better than the air quality outdoors, our job is done. If we fail the lab test, we return to the jobsite and re-clean, re-treat, and re-test for FREE, repeated as often as needed until the lab says it's Good.

We begin each project with a thorough assessment of the building's condition and needs. 

From there, we create a customized plan that addresses all necessary repairs and remediation processes. 

Our team works efficiently to minimize disruption to your daily operations. 

All remediation is done by Hand-Cleaning and direct applied treating of every accessible inch of damaged material.

Most Projects are completed using Non-Toxic, Natural Enzyme products that are Eco-Safe and Bio-Friendly. Under Special Circumstances- More Aggressive Methods and Products May Be Used.

We conduct Post Remediation Verification Testing at the End of Every Jobsite and use a Nationally Accredited Laboratory for Sample Analysis.
